I genuinely have a soft spot for this nail salon, but my infrequent trips to Clapham Junction often make it quite a challenge to get my nails done here. Despite the difficulty in visiting, I can always count on my nails looking absolutely perfect whenever I do manage to make it in.

I was absolutely delighted with my gel manicure, and adding the chrome finish for an extra £8 brought the total for the removal and the new gel chrome to a mere £32, which felt like an exceptional deal! The service is certainly quick and straightforward, without any fuss, but I honestly can't find any reason to complain given their impressive efficiency and clear skill.

Despite having a scheduled appointment for eyebrow threading and tint, I found myself waiting for a frustrating thirty minutes. It was baffling to observe walk-in customers being readily accommodated while those of us with pre-booked slots were left to wait, highlighting a truly disorganized approach to customer scheduling and time management. When I finally got to my beautician, I explicitly requested that my eyebrows not be made too thin and, crucially, that the hairs on the inner sides be left untouched, as I had been diligently using a growth serum for months; despite these clear instructions, she proceeded to pluck those very hairs, resulting in a truly terrible shape. To add insult to injury, she then applied a dark brown tint to my eyebrows, completely disregarding the fact that I am blonde.

I visit every two weeks for my lash infills, and today was my very first session with Sunita, who had traveled from the Vauxhall branch due to a booking mix-up caused by Treatwell. She was truly wonderful and couldn't have been more welcoming, plus her meticulous attention to detail made her a total perfectionist, which is always a huge advantage. I genuinely couldn't recommend her more highly.

I've genuinely never experienced such poor quality nail service. The 'technician' seemed to rush through every single layer, and despite my clear request for shorter toenails, my instructions were either ignored or misunderstood. What their website stated should be a 2.5-hour appointment was completed in a mere 1.5 hours. It was immediately evident that the layers hadn't properly set; what appeared on my toe wasn't a chip, but rather a congealed mass of product that had slumped back due to insufficient drying. This unacceptable outcome, visible just two days later, came with a hefty £70 price tag. I strongly advise against visiting this place.

The pricing was excellent, offering great value for such high-quality service. The entire team was wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and just lovely, making the experience even better. I will absolutely be returning when I'm next in London, especially impressed with how perfectly my nails wore for three weeks.
